3. Revenue Sharing and Payouts

Creators may earn revenue when users participate in their contests. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Payouts are variable and depend on the specific actions taken by users (e.g., completing a survey, installing an app, signing up for a service).
• Winzos does not guarantee any specific amount of revenue.
• Revenue is shared between Winzos and the Creator according to the current rates displayed in the Creator dashboard.
• We reserve the right to adjust payout rates at any time without prior notice.

4. Creator Obligations

As a Creator using Winzos, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your contests and prizes.
• Fulfill all prizes as promised to winners.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding contests and sweepstakes in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Winzos is not responsible for the administration of contests run by Creators. We provide the technical platform but do not sponsor or endorse any specific contest unless explicitly stated.
